I drink a lot of water. Every day. It’s my beverage of choice, besides my required morning cup of coffee! Sure, I’ll indulge in a bottle of Wild Cherry Pepsi once in a while, but mostly it’s pure agua for me.
I’ve been buying cases of bottled water for quite some time now, but with the recent concerns about plastic bottles, I’m rethinking this. I’ve had a Brita filter on my faucet for years as well as a Brita pitcher in my fridge that I keep full at all times. I used to carry a plastic reusable water bottle, but have read that those aren’t any better than the pre-bottled water bottles.
Recently I’ve begun to try to live a greener lifestyle as well as a more frugal lifestyle. It only made sense to try to find a reusable water bottle that supports both those lifestyles. These are the bottles I’ve found that seem to fit the bill perfectly;
Sigg Water Bottles-SIGG combines 100 years of Swiss quality & craftsmanship with a fresh, fun perspective on contemporary style – delivering a water bottle with both function AND fashion!
Plus using a premium reusable bottle like SIGG greatly helps reduce unnecessary environmental waste caused by plastic PET water bottles. Sadly, Americans add over 30 million plastic water bottles to our nation’s landfills – everyday!

Klean Kanteen-Kanteens are constructed from high quality sanitary grade 304 stainless steel which has a low nickel content. Stainless steel has excellent resistance to stain or rust due to its chromium content making it a material of choice among the food processing, dairy and brewery industries. Stainless steel is easy to clean, durable, inert and sanitary.

Reusable Bags-Safe alternative to polycarbonate (#7) – do not leach toxins like BPA
Durable, light-weight & great looking – 100% recyclable
Made with fair labor / fair wages paid

What do you think? Is one better than the other and why or why not? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No opinions here, but thanks for the links. I’ve been thinking of getting a Sigg myself.
