Here’s my list of favorite posts for the past week;

Frugal Dad showcased two great guest posts; Tips for frugal living and saving money by Miranda Marquit. A great article on getting started living a frugal life. Another great guest post by Mrs. Micah called, Tools to organize ideas, a post to help beginning bloggers.

My Family’s Money posted a hilarious article called, Six Financial Lessons learned from Goiong Poop. This post literally had me laughing out loud, great analogy.

Kim Tilley at Fractured Frugal Friends has a great article on Once a Month cooking: A Beginner’s Guide to Once a Month Cooking. I’ve attempted this before and have not been successful. Looks like it’s time to try again!

Simple Mom gives a primer on Zero Based Budgeting. This is something I really need to start doing. Simple Mom gives great suggestions on how to get started.

  • Thanks for mentioning these great guest posts! I don’t normally post more than one guest post in a week, but my wife has a badly sprained ankle and I’ve been playing Mr. Mom the last few days! Thankfully, these quality writers were able to help me fill in the gaps until she gets back on her feet, literally.

  • I really enjoyed both posts, getting a lot of information out of both, so thank you for doing two guest posts this week!
